Another Healthy Organic Dinner!!

Today, David and I had another wonderful dinner. We started out with organic garlic soup and then had organic curried veggies and potatoes with organic arame tofu. It was all very tasty, by the way.
Garlic is one of my favorite herbs. We buy a bunch of fresh garlic at the farmer’s market every Sunday. David and I try to eat garlic raw and/or lightly cooked daily for the wonderful health benefits that it posesses. For those of you that don’t know, garlic is a great herb. It can protect against carcinogens, help lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels and inhibit artery clogging. Garlic is definitely something everyone should include in their daily diet. It not only is great for the body, but also tastes great!!
