Refreshing and Very Yummy Organic Banana Smoothie!!

On hot days, it is good to have a few good recipes for smoothies to help take the edge off the heat. Well today, I found one!!
I made this smoothie for atternoon tea time. It not only tasted amazing, but it is also very good for the body (what a coincidence)!
The smoothie is rich in immune-enhancing vitamins, calcium, potassium and omega-3’s . Some of the major organic ingredients included: banana, nonfat plain yogurt, soy milk, honey and ground flax seeds. Sounds yummy, doesn’t it? David and I will definitely have another round of it tomorrow!
Well, tonight for after dinner tea, I am going to try to toast the biscuits I made last night and place some jam on top. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Hmmm, well I better get to it then. Goodnight everyone!
