Connecting Yourself To Nature At The Dinner Table

Bringing The Garden Inside!!

Originally uploaded by tvansunder.

I love plants and flowers. As you can see, my dinner table is filled with different plants and a single fresh cut pink rose from our garden. I make sure that I always have a fresh cut rose on my table.

As you are well aware, it feels good to be around flowers. They help bring you closer to nature and enliven your senses. Flowers help raise your spirits and put a smile on your face.

I devote some part of every day to taking care of my plants inside the house, in the covered area and in the garden. I make sure that they get enough sun, nutrients, water and humidity. David and I take our role as caretakers of these plants very seriously and try to do our best to keep them healthy and thriving.

Just Another Restful Day For Hunter

Today was mainly a resting day with a few hours of gardening. However, we did attend the farmers market this morning, of course. David is making some steak for dinner. I am looking forward to it. He is a great cook after all! ;-) Good eatings everyone.
